Friday Finds: Maximal Minimalism, Kitchen Trends, and More
Happy Friday! I don’t know about you, but this week has felt really long so I’m glad that the weekend is finally here. Sorry about the lack of Friday Finds last week, but the past couple of weeks have been pretty hectic for me. I hope you enjoy my finds, as always.
I loved reading this article because it perfectly describes my design style. I’ve never been able to find the words for it because I always thought that maximalism and minimalism were mutually exclusive. Well, not anymore. I love color and pattern, but I also like things in my home to have a sleek, streamlined look. So now I know, I’m a maximal minimalist.
While I don’t believe in following trends religiously, it’s always great to stay up-to-date on trends that are popping up. This is a very thorough and informative look at some trends you’ll see this year in kitchen design.
